Exporting .gin/Octane car sounds from Frostbite NFS games

Before we begin ENG and EXH stand for " engine " and " exhaust " respectively INT could stand for either " intake " or " interior " This guide assumes that you know how to use the Frosty Toolsuite on a basic level You will need Frosty Editor 1.0.6.0 Beta 4 or newer The encryption key for NFS Heat: 0B0E04030409080C010708010E0B0B02 The exporting process Open your choice of NFS game in Frosty Editor Search for type: OctaneAsset AND contains: tone For Rivals, search for type: GinsuAsset Find the car you want to export the sounds of (in this tutorial, I will use the Ferrari LaFerrari) Open an OctaneAsset (in this case, Accel_ENG) On the right, you should see a window with the properties of the file MinRpm, MaxRpm, SampleRate and LengthS could be important data if you are planning to import these sounds into other games Go to  Chunks ->   [0] , select and copy the contents of ChunkId Go to View -> Chunk/Res Editor Paste the copied ChunkId Right
